Coordination & Management Fee
To utilize our full vendor network for services outsourced and a one-point contact model, we apply a 15% management fee on top of the vendor service invoice. This fee covers: vendor sourcing & vetting, scheduling, supervision of the job, quality assurance, and your single contact for everything.
Example: Vendor invoice $500 → Total you pay: $500 + 15% ($75) = $575.
